DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY:
• If any cancellation or return required, full delivery charge & cancellation fees applicable.
• Goods only delivered by Company Transport Trailer / Pick-ups / Crane pick-ups 3 ton or 10 ton.
• Regular Material will be delivered within 2-3 working days / Customized material as per delivery as per quantity & material availability .
• Delivery Charges as follows:
- Delivery Charges on check out page.
- Dubai / Sharjah / Umm al Quwain: 5 Aed Per LM ( Under 60 Km Max).
- Ras Al Khaimah: 7 Aed (Under 100 km max ).
- Abu Dhabi / Fujairah: 10 AED Per LM ( Under 200 Km Max).
RETURN POLICY:
Return only accepted if any material found damaged on the time of receiving within 24 hours time period. Sold Material Cannot be returned.
REFUND POLICY:
Once the orders/items are purchased and payment has been made, we will not accept cancellation of orders or issue any refund except for the below condition.
• Once invoice is generated online, if client need to cancel order / Invoice -10% amount will be deducted from total amount (Minimum 1000 DHS ) refund option available 1 week from date of purchase.
• Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
